Random Packings & Internals
FenixTM offers a number of conventional and customized high-performance
Random Packings [Raschig Rings, Intallox Saddles, Pall Rings, Fenix
Rings, Cylindrical Rings etc.] that enable very good options to
maximize output and efficiency. Except some proprietary items, we
supply any type and almost any size of random packings.
Available to suit most commercial applications ranging from 16 to 90 mm
or equivalent, specification of packing size is a design consideration
based on capacity, efficiency and process requirements. It is usually
the lowest cost tower/column packing that satisfies temperature and
corrosion requirements.
We offer random packings in Polypropylene, Carbon
Steel, Ceramic, Stainless Steels and PVDF. We also offer Internals such
as feed plates, dispenser plates, liquid distributors and
redistributors, support plates, bed limiters, collector plates, multi beam supports etc. that are required for mass-transfer columns/towers in a variety of materials.
FenixTM random packings and column/tower internals find wide
application in sectors like chemicals, refineries, pharmaceuticals,
petrochemicals, dyes & intermediates, aromatics and other
industries.
