Structured Packings & Internals
FenixTM is a major manufacturer-supplier of distillation column
packings. Our Structured Packings in sheet metal and wire gauze provide
High separation efficiency (low HETP) resulting in reduced column
height and lower pressure drop resulting in cost saving. Available in standard and exotic
metals at 450 and 600 crimp angles and surface areas of 60-1000 m2/m3,
these have excellent wetting characteristics due
to special surface treatment. High voidage gives light-weight and high
vapour load ie high capacity. Lower reflux ratios and lower pressure
drop results in lower energy costs.
Very high contact area between the rising vapor and the downcoming
liquid is provided by our packings, resulting in easy
separation/purification of low boiling component at the top and high
boiling ones at the bottom as desired products.
Our Grid Packing is an excellent choice for any application which has
problems of fouling, erosion, high solid content etc. These can be
easily removed, cleaned STRUCTURED PACKING and replaced. Besides
packings, other internal accessories like feed plates, dispenser
plates, liquid distributors and redistributors, support plates, bed
limiters, collector plates etc. are required for a mass-transfer
column/tower. FenixTM manufactures all tower internals in a variety of
metals.
