TEG Contactors
FenixTM has the requisite design strength to model and design TEG
contactor columns i.e. Triethylene Glycol dehydration systems (for
hydrocarbon processing) with stringent process guarantees.
Saturated gas is fed to the first column where lean Triethylene Glykol
removes moisture to bring it to 10 ppm level using packed bed counter-current operation. The column works as an absorber and FenixTM structured
packing is used for efficient mositure removal The exit TEG, after
absorbing moisture is regenerated using two columns - Stripper and
Regenarator. In the stripper, moisture is removed from TEG by heating, usually employing a reboiler. The moisture in TEG is further removed
by recyling small quantity of dry gas generated in the first column.
We also offer other internals for oil and gas sector such as seperator
internals, vane pack modules, vane pack assemblies, sand jet assemblies,
cyclone decks, mist eliminators, double skin perforated baffles etc.
