High Capacity Packing

Our clients can avail from us High Capacity Packing that is made using high grade sheet metal. It provides high separation efficiency and low pressure drop and can be availed in standard & exotic metals at 45⁰ - 60⁰ crimp angles.  

Moreover, we have also developed high capacity model of structured packing FXPack SUPER^TM by making even the sharp edges of the zig-zag during fabrication. These are known for high liquid loading and vapor loading (F-factor: 2.2 to 2.8), high interfacial area of contact (250-1000 m2/m³), low pressure drop and excellent wetting characteristics due to its special surface treatment.
