Random Packing
Random Packing is usually the lowest cost tower/column packing that satisfies temperature and corrosion requirements for mass-transfer operations like distillation.
Fenix®offers a number of conventional and customized high-performance Random Packings (Intallox Saddles, Pall Rings, Cascade Mini Rings, Cylindrical Rings, Nutter Rings etc.) that enable very good options to maximize output and efficiency. Except some proprietary items, we supply any type of random packings in varying sizes. Available to suit most commercial applications ranging from 16 to 90 mm or equivalent, specification of packing size is a design consideration based on capacity, efficiency and process requirements.
We offer random (and structured) packings in Stainless Steels, Carbon steel, Ceramic, and Plastics. We also offer Internals such as feed plates, dispenser plates, liquid distributors and redistributors, support plates, bed limiters, multi beam supports etc. that are required for mass-transfer columns/towers.
