Fenix^TM Process Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is in a 10,000 ft² area at Pune, 200 km away from Mumbai. Apart from other facilities here, we have three production lines for the manufacture of structured packings of wide ranging performance characteristics so that the customer can chose the best-suited option.

Performance characteristics of a structured packing is determined by a few factors such as specific surface area, NTSM (or HETP), f-factor etc. For choosing the right packing, the plant engineer considers these parameters for his throughput and the cost-benefit derived. Fenix manufactures column packings in wide range of specific area, f-factor and NTSM to give plant engineers cost-effective options. The following types of efficient and cost effective packings are designed & manufactured by Fenix Our range of structured packing in sheet metal and wiremesh is widely preferred since it offers high separation efficiency (low HETP) thereby reducing the column height and resulting in cost savings.
